Harness the energy of the full moon as you embrace transformation in thought and well-being. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful and accessible, easy and relaxing meditation technique that takes place while comfortable in savasana. After some movement to prepare for meditation, students are led through the five layers of the self into a a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking, after which they will feel restored, renewed and with a sense of wholeness.
No experience is required for this 75 minute class. Comfortable attire recommended. Favorite props, blankets and pillows are welcomed. $35
