Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful and accessible, easy and relaxing meditation technique that takes place while comfortable in savasana. Students are led through the five layers of the self into a a state of consciousness between sleeping and waking, after which they will feel restored, renewed and with a sense of wholeness.
No experience is required for this class. Comfortable attire recommended. Favorite props, blankets and pillows are welcomed. The format of this special class is workshop + asana + yoga nidra. Please dress comfortably.
