Mentorship Cohorts are scheduled with trainees and meet Thursday evenings (6-9PM CT) or Friday mornings (12-3PM CT) based on trainee availability, and are scheduled on a rolling basis.

Training will Include: Foundational techniques, training, Immersion & practice teaching of Inclusive yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Flow, Subtle & Gross Anatomy, and intro to Yoga Nidra.

Intro to Meditation & Pranayama
Teaching Methodology / Pedagogy
Yoga History & Philosophy based on the Yoga Sutras
Variations & cueing for an Inclusive Yoga Environment

Embodiment of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Yoga for Social Justice

After successful completion and verification of all requirements, you will:
receive references as requested to local yoga studios
have access to teaching on the Ashe Yoga Collective platform, if desired
be supported with continuing community and optional education opportunities
be able to register with Yoga Alliance as RYT200; current RYT’s will receive certificates totaling 200 HRS within the modalities of Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Subtle Body, Functional Anatomy, Applied Yoga Philosophy and Advanced Teacher Training Practicum.
be eligible to register for The Teachers Lab 300 HR to continue your journey to RYT500
Cancellations/Refund Policy:
Upon registration, the applicant will be charged a deposit or in full based on the request of the applicant. The deadline to pay in full is 4 weeks prior to the start date of training.
If applicant withdraws from the program after acceptance, but before the program starts, $1000 from applicant’s deposit amount will be retained by the program. However, $500 may be applied towards a future training program.
The program will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts. The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full.
